Scope of Appropriation
Reasons for Change in Appropriation
This appropriation decreased from $25.696 million to $24.801 million as a result of:
- two fiscally neutral adjustments (FNA) to non-departmental other expense Joint Equal Employment Opportunities Trust, one to provide a $54,000 increase from 2012/13 to 2015/16 in the cap on the appropriation to match employer subscriptions of the Trust ($216,000) and one to provide a one-off payment to help meet the change management costs of the Trust ($110,000), and
- retention of underspend of $900,000 to 2013/14.
This was partially offset by an increase as a result of:
- expense transfer of $262,000 from 2011/12 for the Leadership and Change Development Programme, and
- retention of underspend of $69,000 from 2011/12.
