  • a decrease of $700,000 for an expense transfer for ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) commitments
  • an increase of $3.626 million for an expense transfer from 2009/10 for a review of NZ Inc's Offshore Network
  • an increase of $2.379 million for an expense transfer from 2009/10 for the Ministry's organisational change transformation project
  • a decrease of $15 million for an expense transfer from 2010/11 to 2011/12 for the Ministry's organisational change transformation project and Rugby World Cup
