The Treasury has released the written submissions it received and notes of the oral submissions made at hui held as part of the Mixed Ownership Model consultation with Māori process.

213 written submissions were received and oral submissions were made at 10 hui [1].

In preparing this Information Release, the Treasury has considered the public interest considerations in section 9(1) of the Official Information Act.

In some cases submitters requested anonymity so identifying names, iwi affiliations and contact details have been removed.

[1] 208 written submissions were received when the Treasury reported to Ministers on 28 February 2012.  However, 213 was the final number of all written submissions made in the consultation period (an additional five written submission were received by the close of the consultation period but came through other avenues after the report had been made to Ministers on 28 February 2012).
