Section 100 Order#
Pursuant to section 100 of the Commerce Act, the Commerce Commission has made an Order prohibiting the publication, communication or giving in evidence of the information subject to the Order, unless otherwise allowed by Order of the Commerce Commission.
Information gained by the Commission during its investigation into the applications by Air New Zealand and Qantas and in the Commission's possession, but not subject to this Order, is subject to the Official Information Act 1982. Information in the Commission's possession subject to this Order will, upon expiry or revocation of this Order, be subject to the Official Information Act 1982. This Order has effect until 20 working days from the date of the Commission's final determination of the applications.
