This information release covers the Cabinet minute of the decisions taken by Cabinet on the temporary suspension of Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) requirements for regulatory proposals directly related to COVID-19. It also includes the Treasury Report to the Minister of Finance on the temporary suspension and the guidance provided by the Treasury to agencies on how the suspension would operate.
