The Treasury supported five rapid reviews by independent experts, as commissioned by Ministers. The reviews were of five agencies and done by five independent reviewers (see below). The reviews focused on providing Ministers with assurance that all savings options had been considered for Budget 2024, and to identify additional options over the forecast period to support value for money in public spending. Key information related to these reviews is provided on this page; some of this information can also be found on the Budget 2024 publication page.
