Amended and Restated Crown Deed of Indemnity in relation to the Business Finance Guarantee Scheme

This document sets out the terms on which the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, grants an indemnity pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989 to participating banks and non-banks to give effect to the Business Finance Guarantee Scheme.
