This guidance is to help anyone involved in establishing and administering a specified agency understand Public Finance Act 1989 (PFA) requirements that apply to specified agencies. “Specified agencies” is a collective term in the PFA for interdepartmental executive boards, interdepartmental ventures, and departmental agencies.
