Investor Confidence Rating: Assessment and Moderation Guide

This guidance document is a companion to the overview guidance on the Investor Confidence Rating (ICR) which explains the rationale for the ICR and its eight elements. It sets out the detailed information requirements and assessment criteria for each element of the Investor Confidence rating.

This guidance document is aimed at those in Investment-Intensive agencies who are working on the ICR assessments and for those parties involved in the assessment or moderation processes.

This document is also complementary to the guidance on the Long Term Investment Plans (LTIPs).
