This Ministerial Directive Letter is made pursuant to section 34 of the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (the Act). It directs on the Government's policy approach to build-to-rent (BTR) and other investment that supports housing supply.

This letter supplements the Ministerial Directive Letter of 24 November 2021, which remains in force.
