1 This paper updates Cabinet on my intention to sign a five-year funding agreement
with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (the Reserve Bank) that will apply to the
period of five financial years commencing on 1 July 2025 and ending on 30 June
2030 (FYFA 2025-30).
