Purpose#

  1. This paper updates Cabinet on the Crown’s purchase of shares in Kiwi Group Holdings Limited (KGH) and seeks an appropriation to fund KGH share purchases. Approval is also sought for the establishment of a Public Finance Act 1989 (PFA) Schedule 4A company to hold the Crown’s KGH shares.
