Proposal

1 This paper seeks agreement to the target fund approach for the Depositor Compensation Scheme (DCS) fund; and approval to release the attached second stage consultation paper for a four-week consultation period as part of funding of the DCS, being established by the Deposit Takers Act 2023 (the Act) titled Statement of Funding Approach – Funding Strategy for the Depositor Scheme second stage consultation paper.
