Tony will speak about the importance of customer centricity in successful companies and the way technology is evolving this. As a director rather than an executive he will focus on a governance perspective and how boards are thinking about this issue. While he will focus largely on Air New Zealand who are probably more advanced than most companies in this space, he will also bring experiences from both his executive career but also from the other companies he is involved with. It will be very much an interactive session with plenty of time of questions and discussion.
