Landcorp operates a nationwide pastoral farming business of dairy, sheep, beef, and deer farms: 116 farming units totalling 365,257 hectares.
It has three subsidiary companies: Landcorp Holdings Limited that holds Landcorp property protected from sale under an agreement with the Crown; Landcorp Estates Limited that develops and sells premium land deemed to have a higher value in non-agricultural use; and Landcorp Pastoral Limited that is Landcorp's investment vehicle in the Focus Genetics Limited Partnership.
