Landcorp operates a nationwide pastoral farming business of dairy, sheep, beef, and deer farms: 112 farming units totalling 356,048 hectares.
Landcorp has four subsidiary companies: Landcorp Holdings Limited (holds Landcorp property protected from sale under an agreement with the Crown); Landcorp Estates Limited (develops and sells premium land deemed to have a higher value in non-agricultural use); Landcorp Pastoral Limited (holdings company for its interests in Focus Genetics and Spring Sheep Dairy); and Focus Genetics Limited Partnership (genetics company). Landcorp also holds a majority stake in Farm IQ Systems Limited (a farm software company).
