Better Public Services is the government's programme to reform the public sector to ensure it delivers the high quality, flexible and cost-effective public services that New Zealanders value.
The government has established the Better Public Services Advisory Group to prioritise, drive and coordinate the reform programme.
The Advisory Group is supported by the State Sector Reform Secretariat with staff drawn from the Treasury, the State Services Commission and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
