Bilateral Briefings & Additional PapersBudget 2008 Information Release

A bilateral is a meeting held between a Vote Minister (or Ministerial Group) and the Minister of Finance to decide what will be included for their Vote or allocation in the overall Budget package to be considered by Cabinet.
