This guidance sets out the requirements for departments, Offices of Parliament and departmental agencies when preparing their annual reports and end-of-year performance information on appropriations in accordance with the PFA and other legislative or administrative requirements and expectations.

This guidance supersedes the following guidance:

Year End Reporting: Departmental Annual Reports and Reporting Against Appropriations released in June 2016.
