1.3 Section 32A reports presented to the House
Section 32A reports are to be presented to the House within three months of the end of the financial year to which they refer (ie, not later than 30 September).
The Treasury collates individual section 32A reports into a compendium and arranges for the compendium to be tabled by the Minister of Finance.
To allow sufficient time for the compendium of reports to be collated and for the Minister of Finance to table the reports on or before 30 September, 80 hard copies of the reports are to be delivered by the administering department no later than 7 working days before 30 September, to:

1.4 Electronic publication of section 32A reports
Statutory requirement: Section 32A(6) of the PFA:
The Minister responsible for the appropriation or class of outputs must arrange for the report to be published if he or she is requested to do so by the Minister [of Finance].
Individual Ministers are not required to arrange for the reports to be published.
Section 32A reports are published on Parliament's website once the compendium has been tabled in the House. To facilitate this, pdf versions of the reports are to be sent to the Treasury at performanceinfo@treasury.govt.nz 7 working days before 30 September each year.
As section 32A reports are Ministerial reports, administering departments do not electronically publish individual section 32A reports on their websites.
1.5 Combined presentation and publication timetable
The table below provides the combined timetable for presentation to the House and publication of section 32A reports.
