This guidance document sets out what is expected and/or required of administering departments in preparing reports on behalf of their Ministers in relation to non-departmental appropriations in accordance with section 32A of the Public Finance Act 1989 (the PFA).

The three updates to the guidance can be found in the What's new section on page 2. These include the updating of the annexes for the 2012/13 and 2013/14 year respectively and clarifying the publishing requirements for hard copy reports.
