Template for Crown reporting entities to register their staff as users on CFISnet - the Crown's Financial and Information System.
The template has been designed for entities' convenience. All entities need to do is download the template, save the word document to your hard drive and fill in the details. Print the letter on your organisation's letterhead. Get the letter signed by an appropriate person in your organisation and post it to the CFISnet Helpdesk.
Once we receive the letter it will take us approximately two weeks to process the request. We will then contact the user to arrange for them to pick up (if appropriate) their token and instructions and drop off any spare tokens your organisation currently has.
