2.2 The period covered
The annual report covers the operations of the Crown entity during the preceding financial year, which for most Crown entities is from 1 July to 30 June. However, Crown entities are encouraged to include comparative (trend) information from earlier years to give a fuller picture of long-term progress. For Information on annual reports of newly-established Crown entities, disestablished Crown entities, and operations that have been transferred to another entity refer to section 2.9.
