Disclosure Statements for Government Legislation: Technical Guide for Departments

This guidance sets out Cabinet's disclosure requirements for government legislation. It provides advice on when disclosure is required, and on how to interpret and respond to each matter for which a disclosure is required.
The guidance supports and supplements the information provided in Cabinet Office Circular CO (13) 3: Disclosure Requirements for Government Legislation (DPMC website).
