This guidance document sets out the purpose and content requirements for the Estimates, Supplementary Estimates and their Supporting Information for Budget 2013. Please note that the proposed amendments to the Public Finance Act 1989 do not affect the preparation of the 2013 Budget information. See also Preparing the Statement of Intent: Guidance and Requirements for Departments (October 2012).
