Note that the Budget 2012 Style Guide is still in effect and should be used for Budget 2013 documents.

The Estimates of Appropriations, Supplementary Estimates and Information Supporting the Estimates and Supplementary Estimates are important Parliamentary documents and require a high degree of accuracy and consistency in their production. It is the responsibility of each department to ensure that its documents have been proof-read and are consistent with this Style Guide before final drafts are signed off by the Vote Minister and provided to the Treasury.

This guide relates to style only, see also guidance on structure and content of these documents.
