Annex 2: Checklist

Step and Task

Step 1 - Draft Proposal

  • All criteria addressed
  • Chief Executive's signature obtained

Step 2 - Engage the PMO

  • Submission provided to the Cross Agency PMO
  • Additional information supplied (if required)
  • Submitted to Chief Executives' Governance Group for advice

Step 3 - Chief Executives' Governance Group Advice

  • Additional information supplied (if required)
  • Notification of advice

Step 4 - Ministerial and /ECC Cabinet Approval

  • Ministers of Finance and State Services and the relevant sponsoring Minister agree to submit for ECC and Cabinet approval
  • Notification of Cabinet decision
  • Arrange release of funds with the Cross Agency PMO

Step 5 - Report Progress

  • Submit progress reports to Chief Executives' Governance Group, Ministers and Cabinet as necessary
