Forecasts - Government Finances

The Treasury's forecasts for Government finances (or fiscal forecasts) are published at least twice a year in Economic and Fiscal Updates (EFUs).
The most recent published forecast is the Pre-election Economic and Fiscal Update 2011 (BEFU) published on 25 October 2011. See the Fiscal Indicators section for forecast indicators (core Crown revenue, net core Crown debt etc).
The next forecast in an Economic and Fiscal Update will be the Budget Economic and Fiscal Update (BEFU) 2012 to be published conjointly with Budget 2012 at a date in May or June 2012 to be announced.
