1. From the Estimates of Appropriations 1999/00 - Budget 1999 Vote Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance was renamed to Vote Accident Insurance.
2. From the Estimates of Appropriations 2003/04 - Budget 2003 Vote Accident Insurance was renamed to Vote ACC.

5. From the Supplementary Estimates of Appropriations 1999/00 - Budget 2000 Vote Cultural Affairs was renamed to Vote Culture and Heritage.

9. From the Supplementary Estimates of Appropriations 1999/00 - Budget 2000 Vote Culture and Heritage (Internal Affairs) was established containing appropriations that were transferred from Vote Internal Affairs
10. From the Estimates of Appropriations 2000/01 - Budget 2000 Vote Culture and Heritage (Internal Affairs) was renamed to Vote National Archives.

26. From the Estimates of Appropriations 2008/09 - Budget 2008 Vote Veterans' Affairs was split into Vote Veterans' Affairs Defence Force and Vote Veterans' Affairs Social Development .
27. From the Estimates of Appropriations 2004/05 - Budget 2004 Vote Youth Affairs was renamed to Vote Youth Development.
